My name is Julia Rose, and I am the Founder and Lead Consultant here at Boutique Consulting. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, I have spent my career working to build and transform teams at the non-profit, Fortune 100, and local small business scales. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from Oregon State University, and I will graduate with my Master of Human Resource & Employment Law (MHREL) degree in 2026 from Arizona State University - Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. I have also completed a series of business and organizational leadership courses through Harvard School of Business Online, and am preparing to sit for the 2025 SHRM-CP exam. I also hold multiple multi-state insurance and financial service licenses and am an active Notary Public.

My heart is to identify the areas in which companies can broaden their reach and success through developing their talent and becoming specialists in their own culture and identity. I cater specifically to the needs of small business owners across the United States and focus intentionally on inclusivity and diversity, while identifying ways I can eliminate the stress and uncertainty that human resources and management inherently present.
